About The Series

This class provides stress protection and removes stuck energy through guided visualization, intention setting, breathwork, vagal toning exercises, mindful movement and meditation.

 

Participants will be led on guided journeys that acknowledge awareness of feelings and emotions as energies that need to move through the body.

You will learn how to move away from identifying as your feelings and emotions. You are not “bad” for feeling BAD. You are not an angry person for feeling the emotion of anger. Your emotions and feelings do not define you.

 

Reclaim your natural vitality when you release limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns that no longer serve you and take the time to connect with yourself in the present moment.

Class Format

8 classes take place over the course of 4 weeks (Tuesday and Thursdays), online over zoom. If you're unable to attend class LIVE, recordings will be sent to watch at your own pace.

Class will begin with opening remarks / check-in, intention setting, and awareness of energies in the body. This is followed by a combo of vagal toning exercises, breathwork, guided visualizations and meditations that will evolve over the 8 classes.
